3 flights of stairs. No doors on rooms. However, great atmosphere and
friendly, helpful staff. Central location is great! Really easy to get
to from SFO (via BART). Plenty of activities, good times and laughs to
be had. Eva's bicycle tour is the shizz - best way to see San Fran.

This was the best hostel that I think I have ever stayed in!! The staff
were so friendly and helpful, I felt welcome immediately. If more
hostels were like this, people wouldn't stay anywhere else! |

This was my first experience in a hostel ever! It felt 100% like a
co-ed college dorm room that was shared with however many people were
on my floor. Very open layout ~ Very interesting, would recommend it to
any social being!

Thought I was ib for a slow and lonely time in San Fran but to my
delight I had so much fun with all the people at Tradewinds, both staff
and fellow guests. Loved the place!
